Getting in Touch
It can be very frustrating if you can’t get quick answers to urgent financial questions. That’s why we will return your call or email the same day or no later than the next business day.
Based on your location we can have face-to-face meetings or virtual meetings on the telephone or the Internet. We will establish the frequency of the meetings when you select us as your financial advocate. Then it is our responsibility to present information and answer questions on a scheduled basis.
We promise we will minimize our use of financial, tax, and legal jargon.
You will receive timely reports and statements for each account from the custodian and quarterly performance reports from Prime. You will also have access to our client tools so you can view current information 24/7.
