This holiday season, Sun City West reminded us—again—what a generous community we’re privileged to be part of. Our Toys for Tots drive officially wrapped up yesterday, and thanks to you, we filled our donation box.
Over the last several weeks, we’ve watched that box slowly disappear under footballs, dolls, stuffed animals, games, and all kinds of surprises. Even better than seeing the toys was getting to meet so many of you in person—clients, neighbors, snowbirds, friends who just happened to hear we were a drop-off spot and wanted to help.
Those quick visits at the office turned into real conversations: stories about grandkids, memories of past holidays, and what it means to give back now that we’re in a stage of life where we can. For us, that’s the real blessing of a drive like this—the chance to share the holidays together, not just talk about money or markets, but about what really matters.
Every new, unwrapped toy that went into that box is going to make a difference for a child here in our broader community. They may never know your name, but they’ll remember the feeling that someone cared enough to make their holiday brighter.
